Chatbot - The final design
These are my initial brainstorming sketches exploring the Chatbot concept.
I found a lot of vectors online depicting conversations between a bot and a person on a mobile device so wanted to do something a little different. There were fewer graphics of robots using computers, plus it sounded more fun to do.
The next page in my sketchbook explores different ideas of the chatbot using a laptop with a few notes of the parts I did and didn't want in the final design.
This was my first proper sketch of the concept I wanted to use. Although there was nothing particularly wrong with it, I thought a lower viewing angle would make a better composition.
The alternative version of the Chatbot from a lower perspective.
This was the refined Chatbot concept drawing traced from the previous drawing. The robot's left arm was moved over the keyboard and the mouth was given some depth. The logo on the laptop was changed in the vector version in case it infringed on a well known copyright.
